Habitude App Terms of Use

Habitude is a platform that allows you to track habits, routines, and daily tasks on mobile devices. Habitude enables users to create habits they want to form, categories to organize habits, and reminders to practice habits at specific times via notifications. It also provides statistics to track your progress.

The use of the platform on mobile devices is subject to the following terms and conditions valid at the time of registration. By purchasing a subscription or paid product, you accept the validity and applicability of these terms and conditions.

Purchases

To make purchases within this app, a third-party platform is used to facilitate payment. Once you request a purchase, the respective payment service on your device will prompt you to confirm the transaction.

Account Registration

Registration in our app is free (creating a free account), but you can acquire a paid (Premium) account within the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including, but not limited to, restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, regardless of whether your password is for our service or a third-party service.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Premium Account and Free Trial

The Habitude premium account grants users access to features marked as premium within the app. All premium packages we provide offer the same premium features.

Currently, there are three types of premium plans available:

  • Habitude Premium Monthly: Billed on a monthly basis.
  • Habitude Premium Annual: Billed on an annual basis. A free trial period may be offered prior to the first charge.
  • Habitude Premium Lifetime: A one-time payment that unlocks premium features with no expiration date after purchase.

Subscription Rules and Cancellation: Management of recurring subscriptions and free trials is handled entirely by the payment platform used to make the purchase (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To cancel or manage charges, you must obligatorily access the subscription settings in your respective app store account and initiate cancellation before the next renewal occurs.

You will have access to the respective services as long as your subscription or product is active. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if we determine that transactions are fraudulent or unauthorized in our system.

Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

Habitude is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy of the application, or results obtained from tracking habits. Under no circumstances shall the developer of Habitude be legally liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits, or any damages of any kind resulting from technical failures.

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all your data in our app (habits, achievements, level, etc.), you can go to the Account Settings menu in the profile screen, tap "Delete Account", and confirm the deletion of your account and all your data. Upon confirmation, you will lose access to our app, and your account and all associated data will be permanently removed from our database.
